Amy,

An astute poster over on the Yahoo board has raised the suspicion that perhaps WPTE mgmt just sold the business to themselves for $9M. After all, Gamynia seems to have appeared out of nowhere.

Perhaps Berman and Lipscomb have finally hatched a plan which will line their pockets in a manner they feel they deserve?

Excellent post Amy. When there is any boom, everyone wants a slice of the action but there is only so much to go round.

Nice summary Amy. I would add that WPT Enterprises never listened to the outside comments on their product. The TV show was never refreshed or revitalized. But the key was certainly that they never got the monetization of the product right or even close to right.
