OK.  Maybe people thought Joe Reitman (actor/producer, poker player, and Annie Duke’s object of affection) had gone to the dogs when he sported the ‘do in the above picture (2006 WSOP).  This week it was Reitman’s money going to the dogs (and cats) when he took down the innagural Milwalkee’s Best Light WSOP Playboy Charity tournament.  Reitman awarded his $10K charity prize to Animal Avengers, a non-profit animal rescue orgainization that he founded with his former spouse, the ever-hot American Pie actress Shannon Elizabeth (pictured below - Venetian 4/2006),

Reitman cashed twice in the 2006 WSOP, after starting last year off by winning over a quarter of a mill in an UltimateBet tourney.  And Elizabeth just scored a nice $125,000 at the NBC Heads-up Championship.  Reitman still trumps Elizabeth for lifetime poker earnings, but Elizabeth kicks his butt in a google fight.

While Reitman is going to the dogs, I’m going back to Vegas.  I’m going out tomorrow on biz, but I’m not covering a tournament - so the camera can stay at home for this one.  I actually need a picture-free trip as I’m still organizing all my photos from the LA Poker Classic.  Here’s some of Huck Seed playing Hide and Seek with the photographer.  He said his issue was that it was still too early to have his picture taken.  The LA Poker Classic started at 3:30 pm.  I gave him a couple of hours before snappin the last pic.  (and ya - I still need to color balance yet) {note: I had to temporarily remove Hiding Huck to preserve a little bandwidth - but he’ll be back.}
